The
company PSG Presse Spezial Handel based in Hamburg attends to the
subscribers of the magazines of the GANSKE VERLAGSGRUPPE. The PSG
aims for the individual and reliable support of the subscribers
of the publisher, a long duration of subscriptions and for the efficient
use of the addresses of the publishing group.
Since 1999 the PSG has run a call centre that concentrates on
the recovery of cancellations, the canvass of new subscribers,
for example by offering secondary subscriptions as well as on
cross-selling. The training of call centre agents, different conversation
guidelines for each magazine and systematic efficiency controls
ensure a high standard for phone consultancy and sale that is
also offered to other publishers.
The Presse Spezial Handels GmbH organizes the customer service
for the "FEINSCHMECKER-CLUB", the "MERIAN SHOP"
and the "SELBERMACHEN SHOP". In March 2007 the PSG launched
the subscription shop abooffice.de on the internet which offers
selected high-quality magazines with appealing premiums and bonuses.
